Boone "Tea Party" To Host Conservative Candidates Forum, Oct. 19

October 6, 2010. BOONE -- A Conservative Candidates Forum will give Watauga County residents a chance to hear position statements by candidates for Watauga County Sheriff, Watauga County School Board, Superior Court, County Commissioner, North Carolina House, North Carolina Senate and U.S. Senate. Sponsored by the Boone "Tea Party", the forum will be offered on Tuesday, October 19, 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm, at the High Country Home Builders Association, 755 Hwy. 105 Bypass.

"This is a chance to make a difference in this election," stated Sanda Cooper, an organizing representative of the Boone Tea Party. "Bring your family and friends, and participate in this democratic process."

Each candidate will briefly share his or her ideas, then answer questions from the assembled audience.
