In a 2012 resolution, Town Commissioners officially named June 18th (Mr. Burns' birthday) as "Jerry Burns Day." Now the Blowing Rock Historical Society celebrates its every year with a special ceremony.

Bridge to be Replaced on Watauga's Beaver Dam Rd.
