The Blowing Rock Art and History Museum and the Blowing Rock Parks and Rec will offer a “School’s Out! Mini-Camp” to correspond with the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Children in kindergarten through sixth grade may attend the camp, which will include art- and history-related activities, a snack, and recreational time at the Blowing Rock Parks and Rec. Children should be dropped off at 12:30 p.m. at the BRAHM Educational Center entrance (enter through the lower level of the adjacent parking deck) and picked up at 5 p.m. at Parks and Rec. The cost for each day’s program is $22 per child ($20 for BRAHM Family Members). All materials and snacks are provided. Preregistration is required.
